I freeze my bananas when they’re getting too ripe. I use them in banana nut bread or strawberry smoothies. The frozen banana acts like ice to cool it down. You can act wheat germ, ice cream and honey. I think you should put your bananas in opaque containers so they can’t see what it is, but be sure to label it so you’ll know what you have and date it.
