Homemade Mac n cheese

2-3 cups dried macaroni
1 1/2 oz Velveeta, cubed
1/2 T salt
1/2-1 cup evaporated milk
1 T butter

Add 1/2 T salt to medium pan of water, bring to a boil. Once boiling add macaroni, cook until tender, drain. Add drained macaroni back to pot, add 1/2 cup milk, Velveeta, and butter, place over low heat, stirring.  If needed add more milk until your desired consistency is met, then remove from heat once all the cheese is melted and serve!!
