Breakfast Banana split
- 2 ice creamscoops of cooked oatmeal
- 1 banana – sliced lengthwise
- strawberry sauce
- blueberry sauce
- chopped nuts to taste
Using a suitable banana split dish, place the banana slices. Scoop a couple of scoops of oatmeal on top of the banana. Top one scoop of oatmeal with strawberry sauce and the other with blueberry sauce(or what your kids will eat). Sprinkle nuts or even sprinkles over topping.
You could also use chocolate sauce or any favorite jam as a topping. Try using your favorite granola instead of the nuts. There’s a million variations. Just have fun!
