Breakfast Casserole CP
1 28 oz bag O’brien potatoes with onion and peppers
1 lb of cooked italian sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
I did 3 layers of Potatoes, sausage and cheese, beat the eggs and milk and any seasonings you want together and pour over layers. Cook on low overnight! It was sooooo good!!!
