Broccoli Casserole

 

  • ½ cups Chopped Celery
  • ½ cups Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3 cups of Cooked Rice
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pound Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli
  • 8 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese

Sautee celery and onions in butter until translucent. Add all the other remaining ingredients and mix well..

Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes
