Caprese Macaroni Salad
8 ounce container of the fresh mozzarella
Cherry Tomatoes, half to whole container, depending on how much you want!
1 cup of cooked macaroni
For the marinade mix 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil with 2 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar and 2 teaspoons Rosemary and a few dashes of Garlic Seasoning. You can add more or less of the seasoning. I also added about a teaspoon of minced fresh garlic as well. Mix all together, chill and then eat!!
