Cinnamon Apple sugar cake
Ingredients
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1-½ cup Brown Sugar
- ⅓ cups Oil
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Buttermilk, Or Substitute Plain Yogurt And Milk
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-½ cups Flour
- 1-½ cup Chopped Apples – I Used Wealthy
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- ½ cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Mix the ingredients in the order given. Pour batter into a 9×13 greased pan.
Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle it evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes. It’s delicious when served warm!
