Cinnamon Apple sugar cake

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CAKE:
  • 1-½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Oil
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Buttermilk, Or Substitute Plain Yogurt And Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2-½ cups Flour
  • 1-½ cup Chopped Apples – I Used Wealthy
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Mix the ingredients in the order given. Pour batter into a 9×13 greased pan.

Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle it evenly over the batter.

Bake for 45 minutes. It’s delicious when served warm!
