Coconut Cream Pie

1/2 cup sugar
2 T Corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups of milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla

In a medium sauce pan combine milk, sugar, salt and corn starch, cook on medium heat until thickened, the remove frim heat, take 1 cup of mixture and place in another bowl, add yolks and vanilla, mix well, add back to the sauce pan, place back on burner and heat until bubbly.  Add to cooked pie crust and pop in the fridge for it to set up then top with cool whip!!
