Country Style CP Ribs
6 Country Style Ribs (I buy boneless if possible, you can use either for this recipe)
1 onion sliced
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Enough water to make 1 inch in bottom of CP
Slice onions and layer half of the slices in the bottom of the crock pot. Mince garlic and set aside.
Cut ribs in between the bones so that each bone has some meat on both sides. Arrange the ribs in the crock pot on top of the layer of onions. Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper on top of the ribs.
Cover the ribs with the barbecue sauce. Layer the other half of the onion slices on top. Add 1 inch of water to the bottom of the crock pot.
Cook on low heat for six to eight hours.
