CP Queso Dip


  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage and/or ground beef, do half and half or all of one
  • 2 pounds Velveeta
  • 2 cans Rotel

Preparation Instructions

Brown the beef, drain the fat, and mix the taco seasoning as instructed on package.

Brown the sausage or beef and drain the fat.

Cut up Velveeta into cubes.

Add cooked ground beef, cooked sausage, Velveeta, and Rotel to crockpot.

Cook at desired temperature until all melted, usually an hour or so on high, then kick it down to low or warm, watch and stir often so it doesn’t burn on the sides.
