Cream Cheese Brownies

1 box brownies fixed accordingly either fudge or cake like, whichever you prefer…

1/4 cup sugar

1 egg

16 oz. cream cheese

Grease and flour a 9×9 baking pan.  Preheat the oven to 350.

Beat the cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the sugar in a medium bowl until smooth.  Beat in 1 egg and set aside

Spread 3/4 of brownie batter evenly in the pan.  Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie layer.  Gently spread the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes our clean or only with crumbs

    Made these this weekend!!! AWESOME!!! Think they would’ve been better with nuts, but still AWESOME!! And much better cold than straight out of the oven!!
