Crispy Cheddar Chicken
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
10 Buttery Crackers, ritz, club, things like that, whichever you have or prefer
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 chicken breasts
4 TBSP Butter
-Preheat the oven to 350F.
-Grate the cheese.
-Crush the crackers.
-In a bowl, mix together the cheese, crackers, garlic, salt and pepper.
-Dip the chicken in the butter, then in the cracker mixture.
-Press to help the cheese and crumbs adhere to the chicken breasts.
-Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle any of the remaining crumbs and cheese on top of the breasts.
-Drizzle the remaining butter on top of the breasts.
-Bake until the chicken is golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.
