- 1 slice Hawaiian Sweet Bread Or White Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Softened Butter
- 1 Small Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Multiply the above ingredients to serve more than 1.
Remove the crust from the slice of bread. Brush the slice of bread on both sides with the soft butter. In a large muffin pan, place and mold the slice of bread into a muffin cup.
Break a small egg into the muffin cup on top of the bread. Add a dab of butter with a pinch of salt and pepper to the egg cup. Place in a pre-heated 350-degree F oven until the egg is done (around 10-15 minutes) to your liking. When egg is done, remove pan from oven let cool for a couple of minutes. Remove from muffin tin and serve.
*Variation* Scramble your egg before putting in bread basket, you can also add cheese and/or sausage or bacon!
