- ¼ cups Diced Bell Pepper
- ¼ cups Diced Onion
- 4 ounces, fluid Pepperoni, Sliced In Half
- ¾ pounds Cooked Sausage
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1-½ cup Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
- 12 ounces, fluid Pasta Sauce
- 1 pound Mini Gnocchi
- ½ cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
In a medium bowl, combine bell pepper, onions, pepperoni, sausage and garlic. Then stir in the Italian cheese and pasta sauce and mix well. In a medium saucepan, cook then drain the gnocchi and dump it in a casserole dish. Pour the meat, cheese and sauce mixture over gnocchi and stir to mix.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. Top with the colby jack cheese and cook for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
