Green Bean Casserole with or without soup

   
1 can of green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup French’s Fried Onions
and a splash of Worcestershire Sauce
Butter for the casserole dish
 
Combine all ingredients except onions and cheese, pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and onions.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven until bubbly, 35-45 minutes.

Optional cream sauce if you don’t have or don’t want to use Cream of Mushroom soup

Cream Sauce:

Combine
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups light cream
