Grilled Turkey & Cheese

1 cup chopped Turkey(really chop it up)
2 slice of cheese, Swiss, Cheddar, just what ever you want.
2 slices of sourdough

Heat skillet over medium heat, butter one side of both pieces, place first piece butter side down in the skillet, then add one piece of cheese, Turkey, other piece of cheese, and other bread butter side up.  Grill until golden and cheese is melted, then “gobble” up!”

Additions: bacon, ranch, avocado, tomatoes, Ham(for a club), cranberry sauce, stuffing, just make it yours!
