Ham and Egg Cups
6 slices Ham
6 whole Eggs
¼ cups Milk
¼ teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
½ cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Spray a half-dozen muffin tin with cooking spray. Place one slice of ham in each muffin cup, leaving the edges hanging out.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and cheese together. Pour evenly into muffin cups. Fold any the edges of the ham over the top of the egg mixture.
Bake for aproximately 12-15 minutes until the egg is set.
