Homemade Noodles

2 cups of flour

3 egg yolks

1 whole egg

1/4-1/2 cups of water

1 tsp salt

In large mixing bowl mix flour and salt, make a well in the center of the flour, add eggs and 1/2 of the water, mix well until dough gets sticky.  You may have to add the rest of the water, and you may not, it just varies.  Roll out onto a flour surface, I usually do mine 1/4 in thick, then cut to your desired width. You can either roll them out ahead of time and let them dry before cooking, or just roll, slice and cook.  Place in boiling water to cook…
