Jalapeno Cornbread

  • 3 packages (7 Oz. Package) Cornbread Mix
  • 1 whole Large Sweet Onion, Diced
  • 2 cups Shredded Colby Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 whole Large Eggs, Beaten
  • 2-½ cups Whole Milk Or Buttermilk
  • ½ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 3 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 can (15 Ounce) Creamed Corn
  • 6 ounces, weight Chopped Jalapenos

Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
