Loaded mashed potatoes
- 4 cups Pre-mashed Potatoes (use 1/4 cup evaporated milk when mashing)
- ½ cups Crumbled Bacon
- ¾ cups Sour Cream
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic
- ½ cups Sliced Green Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Plus More To Sprinkle On Top
- Chives For Garnish
Cook potatoes as directed and mash with evaporated milk.
Combine all ingredients. Spread in a greased cassarole pan, sprinkle with additional shredded cheese, and bake at 350ºF until warm (about 20 minutes).
