Peanut Butter Cookie
- ½ cups Smooth Peanut Butter (Plus An Extra Tablespoon)
- ½ cups Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Granulated Sugar (plus Extra For Rolling The Cookies In At The End)
- ½ cups Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 whole Egg
- 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour (Plus An Extra 2 Tablespoons)
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together the peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter in a large mixing bowl. Next, add the vanilla, milk, and egg; mix well to combine. Last, sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda and add to the creamed mixture. Mix well.
Roll cookie dough into small, 1-inch balls and roll them in granulated sugar. Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for about 8 minutes (do not over-bake!).
