Pecan Pie

  • ½ cups Light Corn Syrup
  • ½ cups Dark Corn Syrup
  • ½ cups White Sugar
  • ½ cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • ¼ cups Butter, Melted
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 whole Pie Crust, recipe here
  • 1-½ cup Chopped Pecans

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix together light and dark corn syrup, set aside.

In a separate bowl add all other ingredients, everything except pecans, mix well then add it to the corn syrup mixture. Pour mixture into a pie crust. Next sprinkle chopped pecans on top.

Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let it set, it will firm up. Do not over cook, you’ll be sorry!
