Pumpkin Pie Cake

4 whole Eggs

1-⅔ cup Sugar

1 cup Oil

1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pumpkin Puree

2 cups Flour

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

2 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

½ teaspoons Nutmeg

For the yummy sweet stuff that goes on top, aka…frosting!

1 package (8 Oz. Size)  of Cream Cheese

1 stick Butter

3 cups Powdered Sugar

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9×13 pan.Mix eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth. In a separate bowl mix the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.  Pour flour mixture into pumpkin mixture and blend together really good. Bake for 30-35 minutes, wait until it fully cools before frosting.  For the frosting, wait for cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature. Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the sugar, one cup at a time (3-4 cups), and then stir in vanilla
