Roasted Asparagus


  • 15 stalks of Asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoons Crushed Black Pepper
  • and just a dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cut off white ends of asparagus, rinse and dry with a towel. Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Using a tool or your fingers, roll the asparagus around to make sure it is completely coated with olive oil.

Sprinkle parmesan, salt and pepper on top of asparagus. Place in the oven. Bake at 350ºF uncovered for about 25 minutes or until you think it’s how you like it!!
