1-2 cups of minute rice
2 tomato bouillon cubes
1-2 TBSP chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 TBSP vegetable oil
1/2 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz) save the rest for another recipe
Water, you have to gauge this according to how big your skillet is, want it about an inch above the rice
Heat up a oil pour desired amount of rice, brown slightly, cover with water at least an inch to two inches above rice, add cubes to taste( depends on how strong of flavor you want, you can taste water until you get the flavor you want) then add cilantro. Bring to boil, cover and simmer until rice is tender.
