Spinach Dippin Chicken & Pasta

1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach

1 can artichoke hearts drained

3 gloves garlic minced

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 ½ cups sour cream

1 ½ cups mayonnaise

2 tsp Head Country All-Purpose seasoning

1 bag (20 oz.) chicken breast

12 oz penne pasta

1. Thaw spinach & drain, chop w/ artichoke hearts & garlic

2. In large bowl, combine cheeses, sour cream, & mayo. Add spinach mixture & Head Country seasoning.

3. Boil pasta, rinse & drain.

4. Cook chicken, slice thinly & add to mixture.

5. Lightly spray 9 x 13 pan & add mixture.

6. Bake on 350 for 30-45 minutes!
