Unstuffed Pepper Soup
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 whole Small Onion Chopped
2 whole Large Green Peppers, Chopped
2 cans 14 Ounce Cans Beef Broth
1 cans Tomato Sauce
1 can (14 Ounce) Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
2-3 Tablespoons of Worcestshire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup Cooked Rice
In a saucepan brown ground beef, peppers, and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Then drain grease.
In a large pot combine beef broth, sauce, tomatoes, and the meat mixture, worcestshire and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked rice and heat through.
