Whipped Cranberry Salad
- 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
- 1 can (about 16 Oz. Can) Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Crushed Pineapple, Well Drained
- ½ cups Chopped Pecans
- 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip
Cream together softened cream cheese and sugar. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip.
Keep in the refrigerator till ready to serve.
